I knew I should have given the dad a more uncommon name like Slartibartfast. ;)
The corruption and trust points are less important around the halfway point of the game. You can have a sexual relationship with them both though if you play your cards right.
Now that you mention it, I'm rather surprised I haven't noticed any Hitchhiker's Guide references in TftUV. 😆
I should really work on that! Though there are a couple of towels in Episode 6, but that doesn't really count.
