I think I bugged out. I keep losing all money over $100 to rent, charm machine isn't increasing charm anymore.
Edit: Starting new game didn't help
You must not choose 'unlucky' trait in the beginning of the game
I always do and it hasn't been a problem so far. What I think it was is I chose car and didn't realize it was an additional $100 per week xD Thank you for the response though!
