I saw that the software is filled with spells, monsters and items. I'm afraid these are the copyrighted content owned by Wizards of the Coast. It seems to me as a copyright infringement.
I know this is a year old post, but I was just looking around at things in the Lite version of the program.
Where does the art come from for the monsters and items? That may be something to worry about.
Wizards of the Coast also actually has a page on their site about what content is allowed under the Open Gaming License.
