Several two legged, slightly artificial looking things have chicken legs: The AT-ST (All Terrain Scout Transport) from Star Wars, ED-209 (Enforcement Droid Series 209) from RoboCop, velociraptors, flamingos… ;)
If it helps, I’ve seen quite a lot of games in my time (too many, really) and this doesn’t look like anything specific to me. I’ve also looked at some thing that the ear pieces reminded me of: The “Cybermen” EarPods from Doctor Who, the robot’s earpieces from Metropolis (1927), the helmet from Rocketeer… Nothing was a close enough match - although I thought “Hey, I’ve seen this before”.
Our brain tries to find similarities and likenesses. :) Becomes a smiling face. :( becomes a sad face. There might be something similar going on in this case as well. On top of that impostor syndrome is a thing that can happen.
It’s possible that you copied some other work without noticing it, like George Harrison once did. But it’s also possible that you just created a piece of original work.
