Yh! I think it'd be cool for imposters to have some ability to switch/morph into another colour, but the catch is that there's a timer for how long you can stay on a colour before returning to  your original. It'd be really funny being the imposter and having to find a hiding spot to safely return back once the timer cooldown is done or you're caught red-handed!
