Sorry at bother you but I have a question: I'm very interested in your game but in view of the previous comment I'm afraid that the ending is really sad. Is that the case? Spoilers don't bother me.

Yes, this story is a tragedy and has a sad ending. These characters will re-appear in a way in our new project (https://circlepegasi.itch.io/under-the-red-moon, work in progress!) but this story definitely ends sadly.
