But then again kids can come on there and the other players cant realise if its actually a kid and the talk to them like a "grown up" and then maybe want to stop playing the game because of toxicity, other than that your idea is good!
Voice chat is known to bring quite uncomfortable side effects But maybe a robot voice like Loquendo can give an idea I think there should be no real voice, it should have filters or something like that and that a real message is expected, without insults, noise or music.
