I'm not hosting the jam, however I believe that there will be a winner, just no prize. The satisfaction of winning a game jam is the best prize in my opinion though.
Yeah, I think the same. And I agree. I'm asking because rating is great way of receiving feedback. I have experience that if the jam isn't ranked, not much people give you any feedback like comments...
