A few suggestions and feedback:
1) The dick is not able to enter the girl's mouth if her size is too small
2) Importing full body models is possible but they can't be connected to the animated framework you've made, would be great if this could be accessible in-game to just replace the existing full body mesh with a custom one
3) More camera angles or a free camera would be great
4) Should be able to add a few extra "base" hairstyles to play around with since this one can obstruct the action in some angles
5) Right now it's possible to move her "too far" into the dick which makes it fly out of her mouth and jank all over the place, so it might be a good idea to slightly adjust the limit of how far she can go towards the guy
6) The guy's pose is very obstructive in first person so that can be tweaked for more visibility

1) and 5) should be pretty easy to remedy, so I'll look to get that tweaked next release.
3) and 4) agreed. Planning to add probably two more default hair models next release and an angle or two. Free cam I would like to implement but might take a bit more time.
6) yeah to be honest I should have tweaked this angle a bit more before release. In the meantime there's always "dick only" view mode
2) afraid to say that this would be VERY difficult to implement and have it look good, or it would require a huge amount of work on the part of the player. I love a challenge so I won't rule anything out but this is likely unfeasible for the time being.
