I was thinking that too until I went to his discord. He said,
"Something has happened and throughout the day today and tomorrow I have been and will be quite busy with other things outside the game. I hope you understand, I have lost two days of work, but I only ask for one to finish everything correctly! So, the free version will be available November 7."
