Played for a few minutes, unsure of what I'm trying to do here. Perhaps an instructions screen would be useful. I like the art style and the dance screen functionality is cool.

Thanks for playing ! I really agree with you, I should have added some instructions but I ran out of time.
The only goal is to build the city, each time you create a building there is a rhythm game where you need to click on the arrows when they are over the buttons. You have $100 to create the city, and each time you miss an arrow you loose $1.
