That pixelated shader is sick. I love how the game looks. The car handling is a little hard to control but it reminded me a lot of the original GTA's ( which is what you were going for....). The bullets seemed a little too slow when fired. A little visual indication as to when I get damaged would be nice as well.
It's a nice game none the less man :)
