This is a wonderful design idea and very cleverly implemented. The art style is good, and the character is responsive to card inputs. My only gripe involved some of the UX design with the cards. I felt as though it was difficult to place cards on the player (to the point of tedium) because of how much bigger they were to the character model. I don’t think changing the size would help, instead you should make it so if any portion of the card is hovering over the character then I can use the card on the character. Also it was tedious to sift through cards during short reaction windows because they spawn on top of one another. It can feel almost too luck-based to find the cards I need. I’m not sure what to suggest here to improve upon this so I’ll leave it as that. Overall great job! I could see this becoming a full game!
