I like your game , I think some sound effects will improve the atmosphere.
I was able to create all the towers at maximum power and I was collection material for the ship, but it wasn't too much stone and metal to complete it. Also in the middle of the game the music stops.. and it was no sound at all. To improve it you can also add some interaction between enemies and the scientist. Sometimes

I will be added sound effects soon and I think you are right about the interaction between Rock, (the scientist) and the enemies. That would be fun! You can win but only if you don't upgrade all your turrets. It is still really hard though! lol I hope you will follow us and check out the updates that will come after the jam ends.
