There are a lot of events so a little difficult to list them all but I'll try.

Also quick thing in which things I doing think are events to show if you got something I didn't put here

Submission defeats from any enemy, excluding game overs and bosses. Victory fights in general unless there is a direct event caused by winning, such as beating scar or gunnar because they immediately lead into events. Quests won't be either unless the quest is an event, and a certain rule that applies only to things that repeat like battles for the most part. unless doing it is a special interaction between two or more NPCS/the player and someone else. (The stipulations for what I add is because it's just more work than I wanna do I)

1. Bareshade events and prerequisites

1.1 talking with Logan about his wife after the wolf kidnapping (she went along willingly so maybe not) and him getting mad or scared for his wife. (Only event needed would be the wolf screwing his wife and the pendant from the last trace of her you get)

1.2 Meeting characters such as bernard, hayden, Blake, Harold, logan, Caleb, the side characters like the drunk men in the tavern, Barrel (mispelt him I think), rose and her sister. They are events since the introduction is a one time thing because you talk to them normally about most things afterwords. (And the stray dog because you take him home after feeding him which I count as a event. Also only requirement for these characters is you play a bit excluding)

1.3 the quest looking for Bernard's friend. You can unlock it by becoming friends with him via doing quests for bareshade and helping him in the shop. and when you get the quest Searching the forest unlocks his cabin where when you tell him he has a happy reaction about your help in looking for him, although it technically doesn't end there unless you have encountered a werewolf and defeated it where when you say the option again you can suggest werewolves may have got him.

1.4 hunting with Logan. After telling him about his wife cheating or hiding that detail he asks you to kill some wolves, then werewolves when you find them. When both are done he asks you to go with him to the forest to search for his wife, when you get ambushed by wolves. You defeat them and he says to come back at night where you again get ambushed but by werewolves. Logan gets injured and the rest you can find out on your own. 

1.5 before most of the werewolf content you get raided by the bandit camp and unlock the camp after talking with logan. Nothing other than it being day 20 and bernard cured of his sickness (not lycanthropy), will let it happen on the 20th. 

1.6 after the raid you talk with Logan about it and he says he's gonna fight them, which gives you 2 choices. Discourage it or encourage it which have different reactions on him. Encourage makes him "corrupted" because he gets fucked by the bandits and discouraging him keeps him regular. Only thing you need done would be the talk after the raid to get this, Also the raid completed.

1.7 the werewolf invasion where you have to choose logan or bernard to save after hearing screams from both of there houses. Picking one allows them to like you more and that's pretty much it. Gives one heart when you pick logan and cure him but bernard I am unsure if it gives a heart and I'm biased towards logan. Starts the quest to cure lycanthropy.

1.8 the rats in the bartenders basement. It starts as a quest and when completed unlocks another one for getting rid of them, which you do and gain access to the underground of bareshade unlocking other areas.

1.9 haydens entire plot is kinda not but also is an event. The main 2 events are all his sex events and the date. The date requires a lot of like and sex is the same with him, you can boost it by helping him, having sex after a bit and doing quests.

1.10 more wolf stuff. After choosing one you gotta cure them by talking to the witch at night I think and she has a quest before she teaches you it. But immediately afterwords she changes her mind and asks to be allowed a favour in the future, but that's only the secret for the second wolf the first gets "cured" no problem. Rest you can learn by doing it. 

1.11 bareshade improvements, after the wolf event is done and both are cured and bernard has a certain amount of love he will invite you to visit him at night and talk. It's also and event. But when there you can talk about improving bareshade with 3 options (one of which is not in game yet.) 

1.11.2 the fair, is just a fair where people have fun and a lot of mini events happen there that don't need assistance being found since there easier than most other events. Takes about an in game week to be ready maybe 2 of I remember correctly. The most you help the fair is inviting people from outside to visit for the fair, Like feliar, korg, and the lizard tribe leaders + Rhot. (And talk with Caleb during it if you want) at the event you can also find corrupt logan getting fucked by korg if Logan's corrupted and korg is invited to the fair.

1.11.3 the watchtower. This one is the other option you can choose that gives bareshade a watchtower that does not much other than let you have fun with the guards, and before it's complete let you help out bernard and the others with construction.

1.12 missing friend, you can talk to bernard about his friend after the werewolf event is completed till it's latest max storyline. You go to the forest and night a boss fight happens and then you find him and as I've stated a couple times before, you can see for yourself when your done. (No sex scenes with bernard friend so far though).

1.13 arion. He has a couple events like, his fight that leads to one of a couple endings when losing. But when he likes you enough if you ask he will fuck you. There is also his date he asks you on when you have 1 heart with him. Also the "wash scene" hayden and him do that is found because hayden asks for your help in cleaning arion/arion asks for your help in getting him off his back, Also first meeting is the bar rest of them are in the barn.

1.14 the sex scenes in the public fun category, Like the drunk group, gunnar, his boss, masturbation and a stray dog. There unlocked after meeting gunnar on the track where you can find bandits early game, the drunk group requires bitch came I think. for the dog you have to have a high like with the wolves.

1.15 Certain CGS/scenes you stumble on, Like the wererat and the guy in the underground area, Blake and corrupt logan, logan finger fucking himself in the forest (corrupted one).

1.16 bernard date in the hot springs, late into the list when this one is kinda early.... sorry, this event requires at least 2 hearts I think.

1.16 bernards date at the bar. He invites you to get some drinks when he likes you enough.

1.18 korgs visit. When you rescue korg he lives with you and you can tell him about bareshade eventually where some things happen (nothing sexual tho).

1.19 Othra Rhot and Roushk's visit, same as korgs visit but if you stick with rhot you can suck his dick in an alley. 

1.20 Korg's visit to the hot springs. Costs 75 coins and you can suck his dick again while there. Also chance encounter with rose.

1.18-19 rose is a big part of both as she does a lot in those two events. And I'm korgs visits she makes him a shirt. (You get the option to leave his new shirt at home when visiting the hotsprings.)

I think that's it for bareshade now.... Onto the forest!

2 The forest.

2.1 the wolf kidnapping/Logan's wife leaving him, these are found by exploring the forest until she is no where to be found and you get her pendant to show logan.

2.2 the cabin events. The bernard date here happens every Friday after you tell him about werewolves and his friend, because he says it would be nice to go there with someone and says you can go when he's there and it would be like a sleepover. Only in Friday's after a period of time in game has passed.  You can find bernards friend's journal explaining his concern of what might happen because he found out about the werewolves, and ended up missing.

2.4 the nymph at the pond she, if you never choose to fight her will always just give you get first event. Which is sex (and a lock of hair)

2.5 the wolves den. This is where the alpha and Werewolf B and L can be found, only at night though. This area is unlocked by a event at the witches house where she asks for a alpha wolf's fang (not alpha werewolf) which is found during the day instead of night.

2.6 unlocking the pond, explore the forest until you find it lol no other way. Here is where the nymph event happens.

2.7 the hunt, which was stated as a bareshade event but you only unlock it there and do it here. 

2.8 the wolf bitch, if the wolves like you enough when you find one it says submit to your position or fight back. Not fighting allows a gang bang between the player wolf pack when chosen, but when declining a fight happens and you have to beat 2 wolves to escape instead of one. (Small chance when losing to a single wolf even without high like  if another was present when you lost which I'm pretty sure is rng, Also they need to be a seduced wolf.)

2.9 the cabin has a broken axe you randomly find. Can be fixed.

Forest has a lot less content than most areas so not as many events here as in bareshade. (If I missed one reply to correct me please)

Alrighty! Number 3 the players home!

3.1 Teachers letters. I'm putting them all in one event thing because they only have one thing that happens, but some unlock areas. After a bit of in game time about a week he sends a message telling you about the forest or Blake and haydens place. (I think it might be rose's place that's unlocked. Blake is absolutely one of the two unlocked though). The second letter unlocks the swamp. That's it on that one.... There are a couple more but I don't remember them all so if someone else does please respond with them.

3.2 the tutorial technically could count as one too but like.... eh?

3.3 you can build things after getting wood so those also count in a way.

3.4 the korg events, which only happen if you stay and wait for him after saving him from Victoria are a couple. Such as the ointment scenes, you ask if he is feeling sore after making ointment and he saya more stuff the more you do it, and prompt you to suck his dick or let him suck yours at the farthest it gets.

3.5 jester visit after beating/losing to scar. Just gotta win or lose against scar.

3.6 bernard or logan when cured being there (or in the jail as werewolves).

3.7 any of the prisoner scenes.

3.8 bernard randomly visiting and meeting korg.

3.9 the release scenes like fapping, fingering, riding a dildo, any of the trained animals and the krampus statue.

I think that also might be it for the house now.

I'll go with the track for 4.

4.1 the bandit bitch scene, if the bandits have a high enough like of you the male bandit will find you and say suck his dick.

4.2 the caravan that has a couple of options depending on bitch fame in bareshade. Lower than most he just suggests you suck his dick higher he gets more aggressive and higher plus repeated sex he outright demands you do it right then and there, you can still decline tho. Also the boss pays you to let him have at your ass and head.

4.3 a caravan being robbed, you can save them or not and nothing happens if you don't. if you seduce and lose its a special scene.

4.4 Meeting arion, depending on whether you lost, succeeded or have yet to do the scar boss you have multiple options, against the bandits attacking him (Also sex loss/win against scar, they says suck my dick if you lose to scar sexually but if you win you can say leave and they will). Arion then talks to you and stuff happens depending on what you say.

I think that's it for the track. Again if I missed something add it.

5 the swamp area. (Only excluding the corrupted lake as I count it as it's own place.)

5.1 Meeting rhot, this is the first event of the swamp and a important one. You get a start to the ENTIRE lizard storyline and depending on which route for them you want there are important choices you make here. It is found by exploring the swamp.

5.2 the witch, this event unlocks the witch and is found when roaming the swamp if I remember correctly. 

5.3 the dark swamp area, this area of where you find the acolyte in othra's look for the acolytes quest. It's unlocked by searching the swamp after getting the quest to look for the acolytes, where you have to save her.

5.4 inbetween worlds. This is the event where you meet nauxus who is from tavern of spears and is a guest character (in tavern of spears Roushk is also found in a swamp area in that game) this starts the inbetween worlds quest which gets continued by going to the Lizard temple.

5.5 rhots relief event. If you have bitch fame in the lizard tribe rhot will randomly ask you to suck his dick while you explore the swamp.

5.6 the forgotten temple. I'm kinda skipping some stuff but I'll add them in after this one. This area is unlocked after doing I think all of othras quests then talking to her about her past and what to do to help her and if where certain characters are found, Like the lizardman rider and raptor. Also I'm pretty sure requires the purification pool unlocked because when you explore in there you unlock the corrupted lake and can fight Roushk then take him back.

5.7 the misty abyss. This is a area unlocked after doing a lot of the inbetween worlds quest line. The encounters here are a special swamp creature and sending nauxus home.

5.8 all of the witches quests. I'm Grouping up a bit but who cares? The witch has different quests that are required for certain storylines. Like her ccorrupted egg quest that gives you the lizardman torsofor the status to unlock the purification lake.

5.9 the raptor game over. If your sanity reaches 0 and your getting fucked by a raptor you get a game over.

I think that could be it, but I'm a bit doubtful so I'll add more of I remember anything.

6 the farmstead.

6.1 finding the farmstead, you need to do a couple things to unlock this area. Starting with freeing ste from viccoria. Depending on how you save him he will be happy or wary of you, peaceful he likes a fight he does not. after you save him he tells you there's a cave in the forests path you can find that leads to his house. You explore like crazy in the fields and have a chance to find his place which unlocks it permanently.

6.2 the hole in the fence. When you have enough like with ste he will have an option to talk about a hole in his fence where depending on the time of day has different outcomes. At day of you insist it ticks him off but at night if your adamant and find it some sexual happens.

6.3 visiting bareshade. When he likes you enough he will ask to visit your town and when you go it's basically a family trip and when you finish he will love you a little more.

6.4 hanging with the kids. When he likes you enough he asks you to take neva and Eva to the playground where you can choose who to hang out with. 

And that might be it for the public Darmstadt events.... I feel like there is a couple more so I'm gonna check and if I find one and add them here.

I guess I'll do..... The swamp for 5. But my hands hurt so i'll finish it later and if there is a specific area you need I'll do that as 6 unless it's multiple.. Also if something is confusing I'll try and edit to clear it up more.
