Unfortunatelly it is vaguely communicated in game. Your goul is to sleep through the night (to 7:00 AM) without getting overwhelmed by nightmares nor disconnecting core neuron.
And update, I see that the purple bar at the bottom right is that feedback. Unfortunately, I didn't realize before what it represented. With this information, I was able to beat the game. Very original and enjoyable game. Thank you.
