Nice game! The idea was nice, the visuals was pretty good, only thing I felt needed work was the font because I feel it didn't fit the pixel style type of art you had for the duck and the background. Also a bug I found was the camera stops when I get stuck on a block, which means I won't die if I stop running, which defeats the purpose of an endless running game. Pretty much, the only way I can die is if I end up falling. Overall though, nice game! With a bit of polishing, it can be better.
