yes, the sound is present, most likely your problem is due to the audio output channel, unfortunately ue4 has problems with stereo and mono files and therefore wants dolby 5.1 or 7.1 audio files, most likely your sound system is not set to channel where the game sound is present
I checked if the sound was reproduced when not using the dolby system, apparently the sound works regularly, I can't tell you the cause of the audio failure
