On Windows, it'll be in a subfolder of your user folder, such as:
c:\Users\[myusername]\AppData\Local\Playscii\
(where [myusername] is your windows user name)
The file is called console.log. I'm specifically interested in the sections that read "Detecting hardware..." and "Detecting software environment...

Thanks for the info. I'm not seeing any obvious problems with that... the Intel UHD 620 GPU seems like fairly recent hardware, and the driver version number seems pretty up to date (from over the summer?) Are any other 3D applications giving you rendering glitches?
