Unless both the APK and PC versions use the exact same types of save (.sav) files, you might be able to activate the cheat menu on a PC, save it, then transfer the file to an Android and use it. Of course, thats congruent with the cheat menu being "savable" in that file in the first place. I dont have a PC anymore, so IDK, but Ive done it with other things.
