Pretty polished and simple. The only issue for me was that it's too easy, I scored over 1600 with still plenty of masks left.. Maybe reduce the mask spawn rate? Great job!
There are few things that were remain to add. Along with what you just said I had also thought about increase of speed with score, day and night time to add curfew, and many more. Although a big thanks for playing and suggestion.
