I like the game very much! The setting and the visuals are pretty good.
Anyway, since I haven't played it with another player, I don't know if it fits with the "union" theme. It's a good spaceshooter anyway!
Yeah, the way to the first boss is pretty boring, as you can keep pressed the shoot button to clear a straight line and you need to avoid enemies just a few times.
