Is there an error message when you try to run the .exe? you shouldn't need the RTP to run the game
I am also getting the start crash and it says cannot acces system 2C file
You need rtp 2003 to run the game that's why, so go get it install it and it should run.
No you do need rtp to run the game, you need rtp 2003 to run the game download that from their website install it and it should run.
