Ive bought the ankle stocks but I can't figure out how to get them to work? Everytime I walk to them the screen flashes and goes back to normal. No access menu or anything pops up. Are they just not completely finished?

I didn't see a person in the picture when I bought them. But the all that happens is the screen flashes when I use them kinda like when a character orgasms. But do see the character icon where the stocks are located in the safehouse dungeon

Ah okay, that means your save is bugged. You can fix it by starting a NG+, or you can send me your save and I'll fix it manually.

Ahhh, android, sorry I thought you were on Windows. Unfortunately, I can't help if it's on android, so you might just need to do a new game plus to fix it.
