You can scroll up the list and the options for other vaginal, anal, etc. sex should be available for you.
You can go to the main menu and use the sword icon (this is the equip menu) to equip from there. Just select Equip -> Equip and then scroll down past the weapons and you should see the armor list as well. (Equipments placements are sort of hard coded into the rpg system I am using but I will see if I can separate the armor and the weapons into separate lists to make it easier!)
I have already uploaded new versions for the other bug fixes, so the rest should work now!
