Cool game and nice idea. I didn't like the fact that the white sheep are moving even when I passed near them.

I'm glad you enjoyed my game, I can understand how the herding mechanic can be frustrating and after the game jam is over I'll be updating to game to be more lenient on how many sheep you need to herd into their pens as well as a few extra dogs to use with some of them making the sheep move less when they get near.
