Unfortunately, the schedule is 'whenever I finish an update' for now. I have various goings-on that make a monthly update schedule impossible, but I hope to get there eventually! My apologies!
It's alright do it at your own pace since it's much healthier for you( I think) anyway goodluck with the project.
