Hey, solo game dev here. While you can easily export Unity games to most platforms, PS4 specifically requires you to pay for a license. And even after that, you need to add detection for the new platform and make sure the controls actually function while still showing what you need to press on screen. I wish it was easier, but that's just how Unity works.
