Hi Carissa,

I like the in-game's "intro" in font/size/colours, especially the hover-change (while I'd adore if a visited click won't change its text to white like the texts above "start", e.g. like in another colour it looks less "standardized", I guess)? Still cool that white-visited font on "credits" appearing in another colour too. I like how the credit's section being scripted as font/size/textlines there. When starting the game with "start"-button. btw: I'm using a windows8.1-laptop with basilisk-browser. Next to 2 blue lines I could see "credits" there too, I guess it somehow wasn't hidden in the previous section when clicking it?

If I'm continuing (at least wanting to get back), I could see "intro" added but I just get back to the main-screen: start or credits? That's somehow not what I was expecting there and glad to test it before being like close to it's end and having to start from zero.

"bedroom" (nice, there's no "credits"-button), clicking "back". I could "enter my room" or ...oh, there's that "credits"-area I guess let's not click-testing it for now.

"entering". I need the fullscreen-button for progressing to see all added lines there or optionally those scrollbars (I guess as itch-feature when uploading your game?) being useful in that case too and visually won't distract or looking buggy, so everything's fine so far.

Generally I like that you've also chosen a black background with white font, somehow in a similar way how my textbased version being scripted too. While I actually first noticed your game by subscribing the "feedback"-thread in the community and title of the post looking interesting, same for its text especially that it's 1) a browsergame & 2) textbased in style.

"fright" or "go get him"?
"fright". "back". "get him".

Cool 3 options there, sounds exciting.
Checking the closet and choosing to click the "not jacket" nor "josh said"-line. I could get 2 type of shoes but why I'm not about to additionally get dressed with something more than a shirt? Checking closet won't mean that I just plan to skip putting on a jacket, just that I don't plan to read info of Josh's hint, I guess.

And about light-stuff: "all" / "flashlight+batteries" /  "glowsticks and flashlight".
I've chosen the 3rd one. Now after "being prepared", putting on those shoes and "acting curious about the cat", heading to andy's room where  a box having familiar object hidden there. Even my backpack being almost empty, it sounds like the recent action being rather just the "flashlight and batteries"-line than the third interaction? Except if I get the info adding "another/some more glowsticks", then I'm convinced that the lines still fit as they should appear.

I declined equipping the found objects of that box to my inventory.
"fighting the sinking". starting the chapter:

I like the new text-font there. Maybe also the clickable paths could get a different colour too?
I'm "following the trail", selecting to go "right".
Let's see if battery x1, glowsticks x1, flashlight x1 will still remain for later.

"closer". "continue". "hiding".
"deeper into that dungeon" or "leave"? Would be nice to know if that echo rather being close to which of both sections there?

"look closer". "move down". "escape".
Cool the system remembers that my protagonist wears thick socks.

"left". "follow sound".
This sequence sounds exciting in its info. I'd "check the room first".
"first time seeing Something" (typo with capital-letter "s" there?)

uhm, as I notice that "monster" where did a lightsaber came from, which could be used for battling?
I think "flashlight" could be slightly useless  because of its eyes.
"scream and jump", nope it sounds quite harmless?
"light-saber" ...how about ignoring or keep waiting for its reaction?

"use (flash)light".
"return" (only option and no result text above?), would somehow expect a reaction somehow.

Accidentally clicked on stuff in my browser which keeps loading a different page. "back"-button on browsers keeps remembering the spot above, that's cool.

"home". "changed batteries a while ago" (did it appear as text or just now?), luckily when getting a lego there was a battery. The only one that was stored in my bag, I think? Marshmellow, how did it get into my bag? I just remember that creature and using light as option. Then no text just "return" appeared there as clickable info.

"survive", and oh nice orange font. Previously there was just white lines again, I like the change of text-colour within your game.
there's "credits" again. And I have Marshmallow ...somehow, but that path rather ended too quick. Would be cool to choose a way to get outside of that cave?

Or choosing additional throwback-moments. Also last chapter different font-family/style would be cool and let it appear in a quite more unique colour.
I'd miss a "progress-line" e.g. in percentage or as line in colours, which represents if I'd rather at the game's center or its ending, etc.

5 of 10 tags/categories, maybe choose some more e.g. cat/animal or dungeon/cave, mystery, character dressup, decisions affecting gameplay, etc.? Just as hints what came in mind after playing it :-)

Hey Crossfire,

I appreciate you looking at my game and offering that awesome and detailed feedback, I plan to make more updated to the game in the near future.

I checked out your game earlier today and plan to leave a comment with some feedback.  I have struggled with your game slightly, but after reading the itch.io page for your game my issues might be from using chrome to access your game.

btw: not sure if I've posted a thread to "feedback" for games I think somewhere I've mentioned it recently but rather with my profile's link so in case sequels getting published, also those could get focus (than just its main-version only), while I'd plan to add easier features for progressing in-game too.

And thanks for the compliment maybe it could be slightly easier to stay in contact if there would be a pm-feature here than just posts or game's comments/community-section (depending which one would be chosen by the dev/uploading user.I'm on discord in case you'd be open for e.g. also sharing info like which device would you use, its browser, etc. I'd be curious if games would be technically even playable on vr-mode (virtual reality) or generally on which mobiles would it work or showing an error, etc.

I could just offer testing games on my main-browser and on one device, still my feedback could include replaying your game for trying alternate paths. Hopefully my feedback won't sound "too much stuffed with new suggestions", etc. at least it's neutral in context e.g. no critism, rather including features I'd miss or my opinion when noticing a textline and clicking gets another visual than I'd expect there.

I could generally also assist in possible translation or trying newer uploaded games, don't have to be just limited to this game only. Would be still for free because I think feedback could be useful for knowing what the player could think or which features looking different depending on the used device or browser, etc.
