Most gallery items I've gotten from having to spend Insight during a conversation. I'm not sure how I made them pop up.
(In order of first row across 1-6 and second row across 7-12)
- There's a gallery item in Tad's office (somewhere above the chair, between the bent lights. I clicked sporadically so I don't have a pin point, but I think it's more near the left light.)
- Choosing the insight during the conversation with Sorren about Dog/Cat person. (appears every time? 2 insight)
- Accepting Timmy's gift (appears every time? 2 insight)
- Top left area nearer the edge of the screen in the darkness of the Timmy's Apartment search.

- If you manage to get to the Date with *spoiler - answer in a later post by Boopboop30* after the Awards show, you get a new inspection scene. Check the grooves in the wall to the right of the roses. (This is the best gallery item I've found so far as far as XXX goes.)

- Completing Bittersweat End (#2) (bugged/not receivable as far as we can tell)
- Completing Beautiful End (#4). (explained in later post, and further explained in earlier posts)
- Completing True End (#1) (bugged/not receivable as far as we can tell)
*These are 5 7 and 9, but I'm not sure what order. The hints disappear when you get the picture. (reply with the hints if you have them for these spots, and I'll try to place them with that info)
- Getting the insight option to choose Hunter as your "favorite person so far" when talking to familiar voice. (Will show you need 3 insight when available) (I think this is #7)
- Going to the bar with the Johns getting the choosing a third drink (costs 4 insight, only shows up when available) (I think this is #9)
- Lunch with Abzi and Tad (after being forced to film with the Johns) where Tad is impressed with your work and you choose either Chuck (Insight 3) when it's available (I think this is #5)
