Different ways to GET Insight

Search the Scene Insight:

Your Apartment: Choose the Wallet, Weed Card, and DVD (for 3)
Tad's Office: Choose the Polaroid, Email, and Naming document (for 3)
- there's also 1 insight in the bottom of the left most light in. Click this before you click the 5 items.
Timmy's Apartment: The tattoo (pepper), earring, broken star pendant (for 3)

In the wild:

Peek at Sorren's Book
Go to lunch with Chuck instead of Jon or Sorren and John and call him Sweet when prompted
In Roofied "hallucination" choose the top choice when talking to River

So there's actually one more way to get insight. So if you refuse Tad completely, are nice to chuck each time you see him, calling him sweet during his lunch, calling evandar and inviting him to the party, and if you are reluctant during the porn scenes each time; after the party you get a chance to go on a date with Abzi. If you select the bedroom option you get another investigation segment.

Letter, Watch, and necklace for the full 3 insight

but not very useful since the game ends very shortly after.

Also this path give the the Violent end #6.

Gallery path from this gives #3 and refusing the date gives #2 (though #2 can happen quite a few ways outside of this too.)

Worth noting that this approach only worked for me when I also had low purity. It's possible these specific options aren't what triggers this route, it may simply be very low purity plus calling Evander.
