There are three ends in fact. Both are similar, with Marco sent back to Earth for 8 years but on one of them Marco have a vision of the Others. The last one is the bad end, when Marco dies of his wounds.
Is that last one really an ending though? It seems more like a death in the traditional game sense, kind of "oops i messed up, time to load a save" rather than a conclusion
