Love the use of lighting in this one. The darkness really gives it a bit of an unsafe feel to it. I like that there's more than just one enemy, though they could use a bit more impactful death animations - some explosions wouldn't hurt. The music was pretty nice, and I appreciate it that you can change the volume too. I think the laser shots render on top of the player ship, which is a bit weird, but the game is still nice. I got a high-score of 4500 if you're wondering.
