A small interesting experience, though I didn't really see the steampunk portion in game too much, and I'm not sure how the theme factors in it's still a fun game to just mess around with. A bit more of a steampunk location would help get across the fact it's steampunk though. A few bits of feedback tho:
- The bullets for the player feel really small, I could barely actually see them when I was firing. It made it a bit hard to aim sometimes, so I'd personally recommend increasing the size.
- Making the players bullets and the heal item the same sprite was a nice way to convey the "hidden" mechanic in the game. Though as I said with how small the bullets are it's a bit hard to tell.
- The set spawn locations of the health pickups are a bit hard to get to, especially since you're forced to go for them in certain situations where you're being cornered. So you end up having near no chance to escape.
Overall it's a nice little top down shooter to mess around with and a interesting but not really explored concept of the shoot and lose health. That kinda punishes you for the wrong timing and rng on enemies a bit too much.
