If you have already updated your mac system to the latest version and still have this issue, then it should be a classic bug of Renpy engine itself. There is nothing I can do from my end for now.
Some people have told me that Renpy just released an update weeks ago that solved this bug. I will update the version of Renpy engine we use in v11, I hope by that time your issue can be resolved.
