Personnally i would say hard, cause leo mod, and the fact i play "themed" harem, like for example, a orc tribe, a fate harem (from the game ofc), and so, so the fact that not only i need to otherwhise spamming the mutation spell and load save as soon i got a slave of the specie i want who look ok for the character i aim at. Well it's make the game quit difficult
