I downloaded the VIRTUES-v10c-pc.zip file and got a warning that Virtues-32.exe was infected with Trojan:Win32/Ymacco.AAE3.
Other sites are calling the infection by other names, but you can see by the file path that the v10 file has the infection.

That was a false positive, Renpy 7.4's bug, just ignore it... or don't.
