I'm very tired that this has come up a second time in a strangely similar manner, where the poster doesn't seem to have actually fully read the scene in question. Just to be clear, the scene is NOT rape, nor was it intentioned to be rape. The Main Character verbally consents the entire way through. The player has to go out of their way to pick the "Power through it" option (which also has verbal consent to continue) as there are 2 other options there, one of which you don't even mention? Which is to stop the anal sex entirely and switch to oral.
I'd like to assume this was posted with good intentions, but there are so many inconsistencies with the actual game content that I'm not convinced this isn't a troll post. I'm locking this thread, and any similar threads in the future will be deleted on sight.
It's a bit ridiculous that this needs to be done, but here is proof the MC is consenting.

Some more lines prior to the actual sex.
"My eyes gravitate towards his knuckles as he cracks them, the material of his shirt stretching against his toned chest as he breathes in deeply. He's figuring out what to do to me — how he'll do me. His eyes are slowly drinking in my body."
"Everything suddenly sounds deafeningly loud in comparison to his absolute silence.
MC "What's wrong?"
A couple of lines later, right before the sex begins.
"I can see the lewd thoughts materialize in his head while he decides what to do with my body. Now, if only he'd do it so we can get somewhere."
MC "Right about what?"
BF "We should both take responsibility for our actions."
MC_t "Sweet Samhain."
Now, during the actual sex scene.
"As the water warms us, [BF_name]'s dick hardens, and my body can't take any more waiting."
MC "Fuck me now!"
Also during the scene.
BF "You're okay with this, right?"
"[BF_name] is inside me, and not in a way I've experienced in a long time. I stand still, trying hard not to move a single muscle in my body while I adjust to the sensation."
BF "Hey. If you want me to..."
"He starts to pull out, causing my gut to tighten. It's bad — not awful but not great, either."
MC_t "What do you say when someone is balls-deep in your pooper!?"
"I have to grab him by the arm to stop him from moving."
MC "Wait a second."
And so on.
