Extremely cool idea, congratulations! I love how original this is, and it works with the theme. The only thing I can criticize: I had a hard time noticing when the character would change form, I know there is a bar at the bottom for the timing, but it was just hard to me to keep track of it, maybe because of the colors? Again, very good one, I would play this kind of game beyond scope of a game jam, further developed.
