Nice short little game! I am going to study this game because I have been having trouble making simple but effective environments, but I think this game pulls it off really well. The animations are full of life too! Sounds and music are solid too, could I ask what program you used to make those sound effects? The movement speed felt a little slow at times which I think made the jumps feel stiff and not get enough horizontal distance, but overall nice game, especially since you pulled it off on your own!
