I am having some trouble recreating that, the A won't launch the ball if it's facing a wall.
One the second level when spinning the As to get the second one to launch it to the third, the third A will just spin in circles.

I managed to somehow take it a step further and glitch all of them out. XD
It should be fixed now! Solved it ahah D:
