Cool (heh) game! The assets were beautiful, I liked how many different environmental elements you make, it helped sell the idea a lot more!

It's sometimes hard to tell what can hurt you, but with constant checkpoints that's not too big of an issue.

I feel like the grappling hook should be reflavored, since you're not really affected by gravity as I would expect. I also wish that the wall jumping was a little higher and that you could drop down when grappling and not be forced to make a huge jump. These are minor nitpicks though, overall I like the game!

Glad you liked my game! I agree with you. The movement could have been a bit improved. I also think I could have placed more checkpoints or make it more clear that there actually were checkpoints. The grappling hook was actually thought of to directly push you against a wall, but making it a bit more dependant on physics probably would have been nicer.

I don't think there is any issue with having the mechanic where it pushes you directly against the wall, I just don't think it makes that much sense for something as rigid as that to be a grappling hook, ya feel? Like if it was a stiff robot arm or something it'd be perfect (obviously doesn't fit in this theme, but just an example)
