Thanks so much for the kind words! Yes, the control scheme could be improved. My ulterior motive for keeping it super simple (movement and facing using the same keys) was because I didn't want to deal with having a set of animations for each combination of aiming and movement directions, eg, moving down while aiming up and to the left, etc. Then again, we kept the animations so incredibly simple (2 frames) that it would have been well worth the little effort. :)
