Great concept, I really like the idea! It took me a while to understand what I'm supposed to do (my mistake was that I didn't build the brewery close enough to the harvester). It's all in the text you wrote but a little tutorial with a concrete example would have helped me a lot. Beside that it's a great game with a lot of potential, very well done! :)
