A very interesting and atmospheric puzzle platformer. It has an interesting and well communicated moveset with very clear visual queues in the level. Movement was snappy, though the fact I had controls for 3D but could only move in 2D was weird and a bit disorienting until I stopped attempting to use them. Some finer points:
- The magnet mechanic seemed a bit imprecise in how far I would move and which way I would move, but overall it was relatively easy to deal with but it did lead to some challenges in platforming sections.
- The camera was a bit disorienting in some portions with the angles it moved to and the speed at which it moved to them.
- Overall the character felt a bit slow, especially on the very long climbs, on top of when I failed a jump having to redo them constantly. Some sort of speed up on vertical climbs could help? Or some tweaking of the level design maybe? It's a complex issue so I'm not quit sure what would be the best thing to change.
I'd definitely enjoy more levels, and I was kinda let down at the end by the fact it was just a end screen and not some sort of visual showing a new world etc. cause it seemed like a big lead up for that. Overall though, really great level design, well executed mechanic and very unique visuals.
