The thing is the map is ready (as seen for switch) but with a bunch of glitches so not quite ready for online play. Also the update isn't just going to be the map, it's going to be a bundle. ex: friends, airship and report system.
Having glitches and I believe missing tasks means it is not ready and to be able to play the map is through the use of a glitch
