That's a common issue with game jam games. Windows just blocks everything it doesn't know, it's pretty annoying. There should be a way around it when you click "more information" and "execute anyways" or something like that.

but the problem is most people dont know maybe and they might think its dangerous.
A few people will get shied away of course, you're right, but developers who participated in a jam or two are familiar with this issue. No worries.
