This is one of the more original games I have ever played in itch.io.
Let me see how I can start.
The art (pixel art, drawings) are just amazing. I really like how all the scenes, sprites, backgrounds, tie together. Looks so polished that it is almost impossible to believe it was done in one week (don't get me wrong, I don't think you are lying! =) ).
Music is cool, but voices are a BIG THUMBS UP!.
Physics might be jusssssst a little off, some small improvements would make the experience even better, but for this jam/entry, I don't think it affects too much.
The way you implemented the theme, just WOW. I would do the same to a friend, so I can relate to the game. What a cool way to say "you are the best" to a best friend :D
Overall, 10/10. This game has to be included in James' video. Period.
