Turns out for games to run on Mac, they have to be personally verified by Apple first. We'd have to get a developer ID as well. Apple doesn't like adult apps on their store and I doubt they would allow GAIAC to go up for sale, so the only way to run it on Mac would be to jailbreak.
So, sorry about that. Please contact support and they will give you a refund.
