I use Godot to! The engine is very powerful. Sadly, some people overlook it because it's free even though that's only one of it's many benefits.
Yeah! I tried to use Unity but switched to Godot because of Unity's bad Linux support. And i really love how simple GDScript is compared to C#. I'd rather code in simpler languages.
